I'm very proud of my Scooby Doo cake!The cake was a buttergold cake with homemade buttercream frosting... and strawberry preserves in the middle. Yummy!! I covered the cake with the help of some of Duff's new fondant (have I mentioned how much I LOVE Ace of Cakes?!) and I made some modeling chocolate of my own to create Scooby, the paw-prints and dog bones!
I think this cake was the perfect "Scooby-Snack."
